UK DELIVERY

We try to keep all our silver jewellery in stock but there may be times when your chosen piece is at my silversmiths being handcrafted and because it is handmade each piece takes many hours and cannot be rushed. I hope you will understand and therefore delivery may take between two to three weeks. But we will keep you informed on how your jewellery is progressing.
But if you jewellery is for a special date or occasion please would you be very kind and let us know and we will do our utmost to make sure you receive it in time.
Postage and packing will not be charged, we will happily pay these costs for you. We think it is nice not to have to add postal charges to the bill.
Due to the valuable nature of the jewellery all our deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery as they will be insured and easier to track in transit.
Special Delivery means your jewellery will be with you the day after it is despatched from our office and will require a signature.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We will be delighted to delivery your jewellery wherever you are in the world. Overseas deliveries will be via International Special Delivery or Airsure.
Postage and packing will not be charged, we will happily pay these costs for you, we think it is nice not to have to add postal charges to the bill.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

If you are not satisfied with any piece of jewellery for any reason, simply return it unused ideally within 7 days in its original condition for a full refund or replacement. Please would you be very kind and pack carefully in the original packaging. To guarantee it reaches us safely please make sure you have adequate insurance, we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery. We do not refund your postage on returns for exchange or refund. You have the right to cancel your order, please contact us if you wish to do so.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT OR FAULTY ITEMS

In the case of delivery damage or an item being found to be faulty, please would you try to inform us within 48 hours of receipt ( by email ) and arrange for the jewellery and packaging to be returned to us in the condition you received it. In these circumstances the piece will be replaced or refunded and the postal expenses incurred by you will be refunded. Please use Royal Mail Special Delivery.
